The triple-layered density foam gives your hand the ultimate shock-absorption tool and also make twisting your wrist less likely.

In addition, the wrist wrap is made with a combination of Velcro and elastic. Therefore, this secures the tight fit we were talking about, no matter your hand and wrist size.
